Local NCS Group donate care packages for service users being discharged from hospital
A local NCS group from Littlehampton, facilitated by charity Concordia, contacted Heads On after choosing mental health as a focus for their social action project week. They decided to produce care packages for service users, containing self-care items and uplifting messages and quotes.
