“Heads On” means Heads On, registered charity number 1051736 in England and Wales, and formerly known as Sussex Partnership NHS Trust Charity, with its registered offices at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Trust HQ, Swandean, Arundel Road, Worthing, BN13 3EP.
"Website" means www.headsoncharity.org, or any other website under Heads On’s ownership or control from which a link has been created to these Terms and Conditions.
