Call Out for Oral History Interviewees
Share Your Story!
Are you an NHS Mental Health staff member or service user in Sussex? We want to hear your experiences!
The Living Histories project aims to capture and preserve your stories, focusing on your mental health experiences within the context of your entire life.
This will involved recording your experiences via audio with trained SPFT volunteers.
By participating, you will:
- Have Your Voice Heard: Share your personal narrative and contribute to a broader understanding of mental health through recording your experiences, as well as through an exhibition and podcast.
- Help Others: Your story will help educate and inform others about the realities of mental health challenges and services.
- Legacy: Have a copy of your recorded oral history for posterity.
We welcome service users who may wish to participate but to remain anonymous too.
To share your story, please Nicola Benge – Project Manager: LivingHistories@spft.nhs.uk / Tel: 0300 373 6173 and take part in this impactful project.
