Fundraising events

Whether you want to run a marathon or take a leisurely stroll, jump out of an aeroplane or bake a giant cake, there’s an event for everyone who wants to make life better for people with mental health problems.

We’ll be with you every step of the way to help you fundraise, and can give you all the bits and pieces you need to make your event a success, from t-shirts and sponsorship forms to poster templates and collecting tins.

Running for Recovery

2020 has been a challenging year, with plenty of ups and downs along the way. It has been hard to know what exactly is going on, so we are very pleased to announce our race schedule for 2021. Why not sign up for one of the below races, giving yourself something to aim for in the coming year? Read on for more details about the races we have charity places for, and how you can sign up.

Heads On for Hope

Join us on Sunday 6th December for Heads On for Hope, an event anyone can get involved in to inspire hope across Sussex and Hampshire.

Amazon Christmas list and Amazon Smile

Christmas can be a challenging time for those with mental health issues at the best of times, especially those facing the festive period in hospital. Instead of making a monetary donation, why not buy a gift from our Amazon wishlist to ensure that people with mental health challenges have the best Christmas as possible? You can also do your shopping through Amazon Smile, meaning you donate to Heads On at no extra cost to yourself.

How you can help

Whether you make a donation, attend an event or fundraise for us, every penny will help make life better for people with mental health problems.
